History

Controls & Equipment Ltd. (C & E) is a  Maritime owned and operated company with our head offices in Moncton N.B. Established in 1975 as the first independent controls contractor, the company has grown to 60 employees located in five offices and a field office proving superior coverage to the Maritime Region.

From basic temperature controls in 1975 C & E has evolved into a leading edge controls contractor capable of providing the latest in Energy Management Controls Systems, Access, CCTV and HVAC Services. C & E has won many major BACnet Control competitions in the Region and is positioned to provide complete integration of BACnet building solutions for our clients. 

C & E partners with Delta Controls, a Canadian manufacturer of DDC Controls and provides leading edge Native BACnet product and solutions to the marketplace. As a Delta Partner, C &E has won 3 world wide Customer Service and Business Initiative Awards in 2004 and 2005.
